I. Do not give up:
You can return the product you have purchased within 7 days from the date of the sales invoice without opening the package, using it, or allowing it to deteriorate. Returns of products whose original box has been damaged, have lost their ability to be offered for sale, and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The products must be returned complete and undamaged with the standard accessories, if any. Before returning your returned products, please send a message containing your invoice number and order number to our e-mail address or contact (customer service) department, specifying the reason for your return. Customer service will contact you via the e-mail you sent and you will be informed how to return the product. · The transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be borne by the consumer.
II. Items Damaged During Transport:
In order to detect the damaged product during transportation, open the order that comes to your door with the cargo officer and compare it with the invoice. Check for any errors, omissions or damage. In the event that there is damage or deficiency in the product you have purchased, specify it in the report you will keep with the help of the cargo officer and deliver the product to the cargo officer. Otherwise, it will be accepted that you have received the product completely and no refund will be made. Returns of products sent without receipt, invoice or record are not accepted by our company. Our company takes the initiative to return the product price to the customer’s credit card within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. (Note: This site is not responsible for the failures caused by the bank in product return.) · If you request, you can get another product of the same or equivalent value instead of your product that was damaged during transportation.
III. Defective Products:
Please send the message containing your invoice and order numbers to our e-mail address or using the contact section, stating the faults of the defective products that were not noticed during the delivery and occurred in the application of the product. If the customer service deems the reason you sent appropriate, it will send the product you have purchased with your invoice to the company for testing. At the end of the examination, if there is no defect in the tested product in the report from the company, a doctor’s report describing the allergy situation is requested from the consumer. In case the doctor’s report received is delivered to the customer service, another product or payment cancellation process is performed at the same price, according to the consumer’s request. · The shipping costs of the returned product for defective products will be covered by us.
